A simple trip to the post office and the library yielded some fun photos. Ah, The Excelsior.

photography book now
The book publisher Blurb is having it's second annual Photography Book Now competition. I've entered a book entitled "Tagged." There is a People's Choice Award that is open to the public for voting, so if you are moved to vote I'd sure appreciate it. A great feature of the Blurb bookstore is that it allows a preview!
Many of my clients are in this book. I'm already working on a revision, so even more will be in the next edition.

he's got the look
This boy is newly signed with Stars in San Francisco. He couldn't take a bad picture! I think we'll be seeing more of him... And by the way, he does smile, but I happened to like the "serious" shots!

gerber baby
Okay, let's face it, who has not at one point or another thought their baby resembled the "Gerber Baby?" Let me tell you, while I believe all babies are adorable, this little 4-month old I photographed last week truly looks like the quintessential Gerber Baby. Hands down, she gets the prize.

do dandelions count?
I worked with a brother and sister last week for their modeling photos. I shot these two last year and couldn't believe how much they'd matured. Last year Christopher was a chubby-cheeked preschooler and now - wow! a little man. Both kids were super cooperative and indulged me in multiple wardrobe changes. We shot in a large park and were being mindful of the flora and fauna until the end, when we couldn't resist picking a plump yellow dandelion for Claire's hair. Does that count as a flower? To book these cuties, contact Stars the Agency in San Francisco.
