city sidewalks
We had our first serious rain recently. I managed to get one measly shot out my car window. It doesn't come close to what I'd like to be doing with rain photos, but at least it's a start.

valley of the dolls
Sometimes I'm rewarded when I bring my camera on my walks with my son after school. I'm wondering if the grouping of four baby dolls is meant to be some kind of statement? But if so, what? And the large doll put out in the trash seems obscene to me, although I do like the fabric on the skirt.

lucky ladybug
I took pictures of this baby back in July. Her parents had won a session at a school auction. They decided to have a second session so they could get photos of their little girl in her Halloween costume. We did another fall look for fun.

yellow bench portraits
"There, amongst the mute stillness at Soap Gallery, stretched out across the gallery's floor sat The Yellow Bench, in all it's seven feet of Naugahyde. These large and glaring portraits of local musicians, friends, and family freed me from the formal, the posed, the seated and traditional portrait."

trunk show sneak peek
I have an editorial out in the new fall edition of Baby Couture Magazine entitled "Trunk Show." Subscribers have received their copies, but we're still waiting on the magazine's arrival at newsstands (such as Barnes and Noble and Borders) and online. I know the parents are dying to see the spread, so here is a sneak peek...The spread is 14 pages and each and every model got one full-paged photo!
